The following information describes how to get to WinterFest from Sydney. If you are a scholarship holder travelling from outside of Sydney please see the scholarship travel page for extra information on when, how and where you need to go.

Travel by Coach

From Central Station (Friday 18th June 8.30am and Sunday 20th June 7am)

Please assemble at Bay 9 opposite the railway station entrance on Eddy Ave, Haymarket. This is well signposted so you should have no trouble finding the spot, see attached map. Central station is very large and has several entrances so make sure you are on the Eddy Avenue entrance. The coach is from the Southern Highlands Coaches and has a red and green tartan banner across the side.

From Domestic Airport (Friday 18th June 10am)

Please assemble on the ground floor of the Domestic Terminal (Arrivals) in Terminal 2 on the inside near the Virgin Blue Carousel 3 baggage claim area. There is a coffee area near the main entry doors (see attached map) and I will wait here with a HCSNet sign. Once we are all assembled I will call the coach company who will be waiting in the carpark to pick us up outside the terminal. If you can't find me my mobile number is 0403 393 343. Travel by Train

Please be aware that there is trackwork on the Southern Highlands line on Saturday and Sunday.

Arrival times in red are after the sessions have started (i.e.: you will be late).
